Incline Village PGA Championship Course

Opening May 13th for the summer season, The Championship Course and the restaurants are scheduled to open with the Mountain Course following closely on May 20th. Both courses are "up to par" for the season with exciting events planned at each. Both golf courses have had major upgrades and are getting green as the weather begins to warm up setting up a fine summer. Improving coming out of the winter season with the warmer weather this spring.

The two golf courses in Incline Village offer different styles determinate of the player. Designer Robert Trent Jones Sr. called the par 72 Incline Village Championship Golf Course "the ideal mountain layout" with "views you will never forget." The Championship Course boasts a top-of-the-line restaurant, The Grille at the Chateau, a driving range and practice facilities.

The par 58 Incline Village Mountain Golf Course has beautiful views of the mountain layout with large old trees, higher elevations, set against the backdrop of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. It is no wonder why they call this part of the state "gold country". This 18-hole, par 58 executive courses is fun and cost effective. The course also offers a variety of events to intrigue new golfers and get them hooked on the sport that goes way back to Scotland.

Championship Course

Completely renovated in 2003, this epic golf course features distinctive design and the most beautiful views imaginable. Voted to the "Best in State" 2012 & 2013 list by Golf Digest magazine and "Best Courses to Play in 2011" by Golf Week magazine, this course deserves to be played.

The Championship Course offers excellent facilities to practice your game. We recommend getting to the course early to warm up at each practice station and relax before hitting the course. The 28-stall driving range offers five target greens, ranging from 40 to 200 yards, creating a variety of hitting options which give a course-like feel to your practice sessions. The hitting mats are top-of-the line and have the option of inserting your own tee. You can warm up before your game as the driving range opens 30 minutes before the first scheduled tee time.

A special chipping green on the Championship Course has bunkers and a putting green so you can hone in your short game. Putting is where you can really improve your score so make sure to roll some putts in before hitting the course. The Pro Shops stock some unique items not found in any other pro shops and have been rated in the top 100 of pro shops in the U.S. Innovative golf club technology from companies such as Callaway, Cobra and Taylor Made along with custom club fitting set this shop apart from the others. Mountain Course

The Mountain Course opens a little later due to the higher elevation. It requires extra maintenance put when open offers some of the best short game obstacles and traps. An amazing mountain layout with old growth trees and elevation changes, this 18-hole Incline Village golf course is fun and affordable. The course plays fast so this par 58 Lake Tahoe golf course means you won't be an entire day away from the family. The tee placements range from 3527 yard to 2674 yards with two other combinations in between to fit all types of players. On Sundays, a set of kid's tees are added for Sunday Fun Day. Dump the cart and earn prizes for walking at the Mountain Golf Course with Gol-Fit! Gol-Fit is a new walking program at the Mountain Golf Course with incentives based on the number of miles walked. Gol-Fit promotes fitness because walking burns more calories and it's more sustainable than driving a gas powered cart. Track your miles based on how many holes you play and earn prizes for each milestone reached the golfer with the most miles at the end of the season wins a special grand prize!

Golf Ready
Level 1: Golf Ready is a series designed to teach everything needed to play golf in just a few lessons. Each lesson focuses on essential golf skills. Topics covered include putting, chipping, short iron shots, long irons, hybrids, fairway woods, driving, course etiquette, and rules. Level 2: This clinic series is designed for Get Golf Ready 1 graduates or golfers who have played 2 or more years. Each lesson will focus on essential golf skills in a group setting.
